Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are outlined within the b7b7 account section. b7b7 aims to process all eligible withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary based on the payment method selected and the outcome of any compliance checks.
• b7b7 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the account will be placed under review and the player will be notified via their registered contact details.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements set out in the Bonus & Promotions Policy section of these terms.

As a registered player on b7b7, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Money laundering: Using the b7b7 platform to process, conceal, or disguise funds derived from criminal activity. b7b7 applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transactions where required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer games or sports betting pools.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other method that contravenes the spirit of the promotion.
• Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the b7b7 platform or its game content to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the b7b7 platform on your behalf without prior written authorisation.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct towards b7b7 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the b7b7 platform by any person under the age of 18.

b7b7 actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Players who are found to have engaged in any of the above behaviours will have their accounts closed with immediate effect. Where applicable, funds may be withheld pending investigation and any confirmed fraudulent deposits will be reversed.

Players may close their b7b7 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

b7b7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete the required KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 06 of these terms.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling, including any applicable inactivity fees, will be communicated to the registered contact method before any deduction is applied.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Compliance obligation: where b7b7 determines that continued operation of the account would create a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform.

Where an account is suspended under investigation, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final determination is made. Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these terms, any associated balance may be forfeited at b7b7's discretion, subject to any applicable legal obligations to return funds.

Limitation of Liability: b7b7 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms. The remainder of the terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and b7b7 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
